How It Works

The tool features a 1-inch shank with a machined flat that indexes directly into Power Forge tool holders — locking in your angular orientation so there's no rotation or slop. The bottom of the tool is machined to a 1-inch square hardie held to a tight tolerance, slipping cleanly into the Power Forge 1-inch hardie base plate without play.

Drop it in, and you've instantly found your X, Y, and angular zero — centered directly below the ram (Z axis). From there, aligning all your other tooling is fast and repeatable.
