Shipping policy

Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Smaller items ship USPS; larger and heavier items (such as base plates and fixture plates) ship UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on item size, weight, and destination.
Processing & Lead Times Processing time varies by product type:
- Hand forged coins & in-stock items — typically ship within 1–3 business days (same-day if ordered before cutoff on non-holiday weekdays)
- Made-to-order tools, dies, and most tooling — 1–2 weeks lead time before shipment
- Large or complex items (e.g., zero-point base plates) — 4–6 weeks lead time before shipment
Lead times are listed on each individual product page. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Notifications You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. Please note that Shopify's automated fulfillment notifications reflect standard shipping windows and may not account for the made-to-order lead time stated on your product listing — the product page lead time takes precedence.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, we appreciate your interest and encourage you to check back in the future.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@pwrforge.com so we can file a claim and make it right.
